Abair spòrs a tha air a bhith againn ann an C1-3. Tha sinn air a bhith glè thrang mar as àbhaist. We learned all about Guy Fawkes and wrote a summary about his plan to blow up the House of Parliament. Primary 3 drew an amazing drawing of the House of Parliament for Bonfire Night. Primary 2 made fabulous scratch art fireworks. Primary 1 have been practicing counting. We had great fun playing hide and seek to let them show off their counting skills. Can you find GP1-3 hiding in the pictures? We have also been doing lots of work on learning to write and read common words and our times tables. We love to look for ways to improve our Gaelic. Our current challenge is to use other words rather than “math” (good) when asked how are you? Why don’t you ask your child/children what new words they have learnt? My favourite is “tha mi gu sprogail” (I am full of beans).
